Model can be used in any of your projects. Originally created with 3ds Max 2023. This model contains Corona render materials. Textures are included. Model is built to real-world scale. No third party plugin required. Previews rendered with Corona. Excellent for interior renderings. Model positioned in the center of the coordinates system.

BE AWARE THAT MODEL WAS MADE FOR 3DS MAX IN FIRST PLACE AND THE SHADERS AS ON THE PREVIEW WERE SET FOR CORONA RENDER ONLY. IF DOWNLODING FORMATS OTHER THAN .max YOU MAY HAVE NO PROPER MATERIALS - GEOMETRY ONLY IN SOME CASES.
